Ocean Star solves your problem - every bedroom has its own ensuite
bathroom. Many of the bedrooms have private balconies to enjoy some
quiet time with your morning beverage or evening drink after a day at
the beach.

the perfect temperature while you lounge by the pool, take in the
latest sport event on the Smart TV or grill the best burgers on the
BBQ grill.
The privacy fence with back gate makes beach access a breeze. Just
take a short stroll across Gulf Drive to the white sands and blue
waters of the Gulf!
If its views you want, then head on up to the rooftop deck here to get
a bird's eye view of Anna Maria Island as well as the Gulf and Bay
waterways. There is no better spot to enjoy the sunset here in your
own slice of paradise!
The location is just as great as the home! The walk to the beach is
just 2-3 minutes. Use the provided beach wagon to carry all your beach
equipment. There is also a 24-hour convenience store a block away for
all the last-minute items you may have forgotten!
Want to explore the Island -- rent a bike, take the AMI trolley, or
walk to fantastic restaurants and shopping on the island.
*The house is equipped with high-speed wireless internet. High-quality
towels and linens are provided for your use.

* Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and
controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool
company. 85° is the highest heat temperature setting. Pool
temperatures will probably stay around 76° during the winter months.
Please note if cold days occur, water temperatures will drop and may
take longer to heat.
*Pets are allowed with prior approval and pet fee.
Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property
includes a nightly damage waiver fee ("Management"), plus tax if
applicable (the "Damage Waiver").
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to
the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and
appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to
checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a
traditional security deposit.
