Very Good
A Fairly Decent Stay
Pros: *Great service--on par with what you'd expect from a hotel its caliber, in this part of the world. Julia, the Concierge was super helpful when I'd inquired about reservations at certain spots of interest. Her guidance and recommendations were extremely helpful and she helped make a reservation for me At.Mosphere, which turned out to be an excellent experience. *Dokuz - the Turkish restaurant/shisha lounge on the 9th Fl, one of a number of restaurants at the hotel, open to non-guests as well, is an open air poolside lounge with a cool vibe. *The hotel features designer bath products, Le Labo; a nice touch *Complimentary wi-fi that worked well and was stable throughout my stay *Good location, right downtown, on Sheikh Zayed Rd. Cons: *The property is starting to show its age. The décor, especially in the rooms look dated and uninspiring. This one might take or leave, depending on your taste *The hotel has several nightlife spots, bars/clubs onsite, so weekend traffic, especially Thursday/Friday/Saturday can be a be a bit of a nightmare as folks come through the main entrance in droves. This at times causes backup in traffic approaching hotel. Also, even though these spots are onsite, you'd need to make a reservation to gain admittance (this I believe mostly applies to males); staying at the hotel doesn't mean you can just drop in. I later learned these are operated independently of the hotel--hence the reason. Overall, a fairly decent experience.

Very Good
Everything was good except the last day that we had a terrible experience upon leaving the hotel to airport. We had checked with the concierge that we would need to leave the hotel at around 5:00 am the next morning because we need to catch the flight departing at 8:00 a.m. I asked if we should book a taxi or car ahead of time and the person at concierge told me that there will be taxi available at that time and no need to book. I have also told them a regular size taxi would not be big enough as the three of us had nine pieces of luggage. Yet she said iit shall be fine. The next morning, they told us they could not find us the big taxi we needed and we had to take two separate taxi to the airport as time was running out. Second thing is that I forgot to check the refrigerator before checking out the hotel due to the taxi issue and the early morning departure hassle, I had left two bottles of brand new supplements in the refrigerator. So when I realized that I am already in the flight to Geneva. So upon settling down at my new destination, I e-mailed the hotel and ask if they found and and sent it over to my hotel in Europe but they said there was nothing in the refrigerator! I am quite disappointed of the services of this five star hotel.

everything was perfect right from the start. ISSA at the reception made us feel so comfortable and gave us a room with the bestest view.. we could see the burj from our bed. the service was amazing.

Very Good
A really 5 star hotel But not a family friendly
The hotel was clean and comfort with a 5 star service. However, it was very crowded during weekends night due to Roberto Cavali big night club. So it is not recommended for families with young children.

Flexible and reliable
They upgraded my room and also gave me a late checkout. I was late from the meeting and when I forgot my charger in the hotel they reported it as item found and contacted me. I haven’t experienced such a level of service before
