Amazing place to stay
I stayed here for my daughter’s birthday on 6/9/18 and we were greeted with a heartfelt smile. I was impressed with the quality of service, cleanliness of our room, and the many amenities available. The morning breakfast was amazing and filling. I liked how the people working there were with both my kids. Sara was especially amazing and made our stay very memorable. My children loved the indoor/outdoor pool and the different decor around the hotel. My son kept saying how comfortable the bed was. I didn’t feel like another face walking through the door but family. I will definitely be staying here again.

I enjoyed our stay. The only thing I can say I didn't like was there was a list at the front door for deals in the saloon for dinner. Friday night there was a pizza deal. We went to the saloon to check it at and the lady was extremely not helpful. She yelled at us from the bar "if you want to order something you have to come here". We left after that. You don't tell at your guest. We mentioned it to another staff member all she could say was the pizza is slow because the over is small. Otherwise it was a nice stay. I also liked the pool and location.

Debris-filled pool, non-working room keys.
The pool is full of debris - leaves, hair, etc. I understand a portion of it is outdoors, but it appears that a Dolphin (or any other standard pool vacuum) hasn’t been run through this pool for a very long time. There was also some sort of domestic situation in a room adjacent to ours. We called and complained two times. In the morning we were advised that their “corporate policy” is that they can’t do anything about situations like that until they receive three calls from people staying in the hotel. We called twice, and had to listen to screaming and arguing for an hour. Our room keys repeatedly failed to work (I ended up stuck in the hallway in my bathing suit). We were told it was because they were near a cell phone. Our 6 year old was holding one of the cards that failed to work, and she doesn’t have a cell phone. Additionally, we requested extra bath towels on our second day. We just needed towels, so we didn’t have housekeeping come in. The front desk said they were out. They gave us pool towels, that were barely larger than a hand towel. It was laughable. We won’t be back.

Stay was great, it was very warm in the hotel as if the AC was not fully functioning. Was rather worm in the room as well. Overall a great, clean and friendly hotel.

Very pleased with overall experience--location, amenities, cleanliness and condition of room. Everything was great! Would have liked the front desk personnel to smile a little more :)
