Sheraton Minneapolis Midtown Hotel, Minneapolis
Poor1.0 / 5
Bad customer service.
Noise disturbance all night. Called down twice still issues at 3am. We ended up checking out at 330am because we couldnt sleep. Spoke to front desk clerk they said they would leave message for manager. I called back later in the day was told I have to call tomorrow. Very dissapointed and feel I deserve a refund!

Pool was clean and nice for being small. Kids had a great time. Club floor food was excellent. Parking was terrible. We had to cart 3 small kids to and from the over flow parking every time we parked and still pay $11/night.

Average hotel in a below average neighborhood.
Got a great deal in a well-used four star hotel that is showing its age.
