The fully equipped kitchen has everything you'll need to whip up tasty dishes like ample counter space and high-end appliances including an electric convection oven range.

In the master bedroom, a king-size bed and blackout window shades ensure a good night's sleep, while a flat-screen TV provides entertainment. Around the corner, the bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.
The second bedroom has a queen-size bedroom and an en-suite bathroom with a jetted tub/shower combination.
OUTDOOR AREAS
After a day of sun-soaked explorations, relax in the large backyard surrounded by mature fruit trees. Take an afternoon nap in the hammock, or enjoy a crisp drink on the covered patio.
As evening falls, fire up the gas grill and enjoy dinner at the four-person patio table. An electric heater over the patio table offers comfortable outdoor seating during cold nights.

As an emerging foodie destination, you'll love being near an abundance of superb restaurants. For local seafood, try Bay Park Fish Co., or head to Baci for chic Italian fare. Both are within a 5-minute drive from your home.
For an outdoor adventure, drive 7 minutes to Tecolote Canyon for excellent walking and mountain biking trails. Or drive 20 minutes to Coronado Island and spend the day biking, kayaking, and paddle boarding.
Other beaches nearby include Mission Bay Park, Tecolote Shores, and Pacific Beach.
Parking notes: You'll find parking for 1 vehicle in the driveway. Parking is also available on the street on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.)
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
