We are located in southeast Lexington, Hamburg Area, with immediate shopping, diverse dining, and minutes from downtown and great Bluegrass Kentucky views.

For over 5+ years, this home has served numerous short term rental Guests from around the country using, at all times of the year and in increasing our Guest interactions, we are excited to now offer it here on VRBO.

Everything is offered...a roomy home nestled in peaceful farmland, on the very edge of sprawling Lexington, made for living and entertaining large groups. Library, custom bar area, pool-table, patios, playground, room for large groups and acres to view.

Our lovely white painted brick ranch style home is nestled on 10 acres of luscious green pasture. While you will get to experience the tranquility and beauty of farm life, you are mere minutes away from all that Lexington has to offer. The original home was built in the 70's and we doubled the home's size with an addition that was added in 2004.

The interior is traditional and equestrian themed, mixed with some whimsical elements. Equine treasures abound through the home, around the see through, centralized, decorative fireplace connecting our very own cozy custom-built bar with billiards table, a Moroccan armoire can be found in our living room, as well as a dimensional leather art piece brought back from our adventures in Mexico.

The property and home provide a safe and comfortable space where stars are visible at night, the sun rises gently through large mature trees and patio windows and then sets comfortably in the evening thru additional large windows, overlooking the playground and recreation room.

The home allows distinctive indoor and outdoor space for adult gatherings, as well as simultaneous children space. Ideal for large families, groups of friends, multi-use or a more exclusive get away.

Please note that as of April 2022 we are no longer offering the hot tub officially as an amenity. It is still functioning, but we are phasing it out. It will be available to guests who have reserved prior to this date, and if it is still here and running it can be used by those after. Price rates are set accordingly for this change.

Our home is offered as entire living space available to you, our Guests. Areas excluded from Guests are the garage, attic, crawl space, utility boxes, and one secured storage closet inside the home. Also, all areas beyond fenced in yard are not to be utilized by Guests such as pond, barn, and the remaining acreage.

The grill is under porch cover and ready for all seasons. Please do provide notice at least 3 days before arrival of intended use for planning.

Please be aware that wild animals, bugs, and all kinds of critters are part of being on a farm. We have stink bugs, mosquitoes, gnats, ticks, cicadas, snakes, spiders, mice, moles, and all manner of not so cuddly things. At the same time you may get to observe a fox and her pups, ground hogs, bunnies, racoons, our neighbors horses and cows, and all manner of bird species. We even had a swan couple who nested with us one year. We maintain a spraying schedule for inside the home as well as spraying barriers outside the house, but the occasional pests do gain access sometimes.

We strive to offer best value with home pricing on it's space and amenities. while we think our home is lovely please note that it was built in the 70's and is not a brand new build. That means there is linoleum that resides in one bathroom, and our kitchen while wholly functional, is not brand new with the latest and greatest appliances. The dishwasher works, as does the microwave, stove, and refrigerator. We provide a small ice machine as well.

Downstairs Master
Downstairs Master bedroom offers a King bed with a pillow top mattress, flat TV, walk in closet. black out curtains, and a full bathroom with a pedestal sink, and a shower.


This room has a double bed, crib, dresser, and closet. It has a full bathroom accessible across the hall which would be shared with the other bedroom with 2 single beds.

This bedroom offers two single beds, a night stand, a tall boy dresser, and a closet. A full bathroom is directly across through hallway.

This large bedroom has 2 single beds, a television, small setae, and a rocking cushioned chair. It has a half bathroom attached to it.

The upstairs master bedroom includes a king size canopy bed with a pillow top mattress. A sitting sofa is also present. A flat screen TV exists for viewing by bed or sofa. There are two side tables and a extra large large walk in closet for Guests which houses the washer and dryer and has plenty of shelves and and extremely ample space to hang clothes on hangers. It has its own large bathroom with toilet closet, large travertine shower, and his and her vanity sinks. A two person jet garden tub is also provided.

Our home is nestled on 10 acres with farmland views but with immediate road access conveniently provided with a dual entrance horseshoe driveway. The home has about a 1 acre front yard with the remainder of acreage to the sides and behind the home.

It also has proximity to many established and up and coming Lexington neighborhoods. The vicinity of our home is pleased to have new elementary and middle schools, access to Interstate 75 at two (2) Exit locations, 108 & 104 and full restaurant and significant shopping areas just down the road.

While part of Lexington, the City of Winchester, the ease of the Kentucky River and City of Richmond, are just short and scenic drives away.

The dual entrance horseshoe drive, coupled with back of house garage parking space, accommodates numerous vehicles with room to come and go as needed. This flexibility works well with larger groups arriving in multiple vehicles. The paved space can comfortably and safely park 10-12 vehicles. Horse trailers can be stored on property with advance notice.

The home has had the privilege to contribute to many memories for equine clubs competing at the Kentucky Horsepark, bourbon enthusiasts pursing the legendary Bourbon Trail, wedding parties celebrating with families, office retreats for a get away and outdoor adventurists pursuing Red River Gorge, Carter Caves or other natural River and limestones features of the region.
