Stunning vacation home in Compass Bay resort. This well-known gated community is located over Poinciana Boulevard in Kissimmee, area giving it quick access to the major highways such as Osceola Parkway, US 192, 417, SR 535, I-4, and International Drive.
The community’s facilities consist of two gazebos with picnic areas and BBQ’s, two kids’ playgrounds, and a great heated swimming pool.
Up to 10 guests can find relaxing accommodation in its suites and rooms.
The main level features an open-concept living space where guests can enjoy a lovely sitting area with TV and dining area while preparing their favorites plates in a fully-equipped kitchen with premium appliances.
On the second floor there are two gorgeous Master bedrooms with an ensuite bathroom, and two beautifully decorated, kids-themed bedrooms consisting of two TwinSize beds and the last bedroom with Twin-Over-Full Bunk bed with an additional Trundle bed. On the hallway there is one shared full-bathroom and the Washer/Dryer room.
This townhome has a great open yet private courtyard with an amazing sitting area.
