Room for improvement
The hotel in general is nice, house keeping, bell boys and waiters are friendly. Most of the people at the front desk are also nice. The problem I had in my last stay was that the room service is bad, at night is so hard they even pick up the phone, I went to the restaurant to order and the cashier was very rude, definitely they need to work on that. The location is great and as I mention before most of the people there are very nice. This time I stayed in the old part and the AC was a mess it either not worked or was freezing.

Never Again!!!
This hotel is absolutely not for tourism, and the general attitude of the people who work there reflects this. It is far south on the main road. Not many of the employees speak English, and they don't seem to care that it is an issue. However, they are very happy to take your money. The woman who checked me in had made some mistake, and even though I paid $800.00 in cash, the man that checked me out (after two weeks) informed me that I had to pay $8.00. B.S!!!
