Thank you so much for making our stay amazing. Thank you to the staff who were really supportive about the routes for the places to visit. Family room was really amazing with two bedrooms kitchen with all appliances especially feels like you are living in your own apartments Will stay again.

Reasonably OK room, really dirty laundry room
We were in the middle of a month long trip in Europe and stayed there for three nights. Room was ok and clean as expected. But bed and pillows were not comfortable. Guest laundry room was really bad, didn’t expect a dirty washing machine/dryer like that in Hilton. Front desk staff was not friendly or helpful, refused to refund our €18 worth of silver/bronze coins that we bought for washer and dryer. Doesn’t worth spending money, wouldn’t stay there again.
