Good: Our room is great and kitchen has adequate utensils. Room is clean. Bad: we stayed for 5 days and we only have 4-coffee filters for 3 people at check-in. The staff were very professional and polite, although at exactly 1 minute past check out time they started banging on the door despite being aware that I am a wheelchair user. There was no AC in the room and given the heatwave, this made the room uncomfortable despite the fans provided. The hotel is not advertised as having AC and the heat was unprecedented, especially for a South facing room. The bedroom, towels and sheets were clean but the carpet and chairs were filthy. Despite booking a room with a balcony, the room provided had the doors bolted shut but they did move us to another room. The location is good, a quiet residential area with a supermarket and a few restaurants nearby. Breakfast is available but we decided to make our own. The kitchenette is very basic with no worktop space and no toaster. The coffee machine was a unique contraption and you could only buy pods for it at the hotel but the coffee was not great for €1 a pop when you have to make it yourself. There was a kettle, fridge and microwave in good working order.

Fair hotel within walking distance to the town centre. It appears to be going through a bit of a refresh - which is needed as some of the carpets are dirty and worn. Once these items are updated - I think it will be a decent hotel.

Team of 34

We were a team of 34 young people. But the entire team made us feel very homely. The facility was about 23 minutes walk from the Eurostar terminal. The building itself is not that old, it has been maintained well. Breakfast was good. On the downside, the rooms had no air conditioning. Mobile fans though were made available in each room.

Nice apartment

Nice apartment in a good neighborhood. Good parking. Good 24 hours service. Clean and spacious. Lack of air conditioning, however, which were needed during my stay. Had no windows but only balcony door which led to a common balcony which felt unsafe and difficult for hot days and nights. Except that it was missing a microwave it had a complete kitchen.
