Not happy at all
I had to wait 3 hours for a room to be cleaned that they said would take 40 minutes. I was told that I would receive a phone call once it was ready and I never got that call. Then I was told since I booked through a 3rd party that I’m consider bottom of the barrel when it comes to how fast I can put in a room since I didn’t book with them through Hyatt. I’ve been booking through third party for awhile now and I’ve never been told that. When asking for a managers name or card she didn’t want to give it to me. Also when I asked are there any accommodations due to this inconvenience she stated that this is just how it is when you book 3rd party so there was nothing that the Hyatt could do. This isn’t my first time having a problem at this hotel and I was giving them another try but at this point I will never go back. For them to have this high incidental fee their customer service is piss poor.

Overpriced, poorly managed and old.
Overpriced hotel! At first, they use “covid” excuse for not cleaning the room, only once a week! The room… everything is old, smelly and sticky (sticky carpet and furniture) food from past clients at the fridge, a cockroach at the closet, the hair dryer didn’t worked and one TV. Poorly cleaned in general. I reserved a two room and one sofa bed room, the sofa bed is IMPOSIBLE to sleep at, you feel every single spring and holes, I had tu buy a mattress. Old mattresses too at the rooms. Outside our door, guys playing basketball at the court since 7am and then contractors repairing the pool with lots of noise since 8am. No product at the little store and almost non service spirit at the front desk.
