This home is on a giant lot with everything you could want in a
vacation experience with a super Gilbert location. Stay a while or

Step inside to the massive great room with open concept living room
with a supersized comfy sectional for everyone. 75" SmarTV can be seen
from everywhere including the poker room, complete with seating for 8
and a bar for your mixologist to keep the game going in style.
Adjacent to the great room is the office, perfect for working from
home. The dining room with seating for 8 flows into the gourmet
kitchen with gas appliances and a super breakfast bar. Everything
imaginable is ready for you to call this your home away from home.
Down the hall are 4 bedrooms. The Master has a en-suite bath, walk in
shower, king bed, tv and walk in closet. There are 2 private queen
rooms with TV's and spacious closets and the 4th bedroom is the
perfect nook for reading on the trundle bed with makes into 2 twins or
one king bed.
The backyard is like a private park. grassy areas, a BBQ, swing seat
around a gorgeous firepit. There are flowers everywhere and lush
landscaping. you literally can stroll through the yard exploring every
plant and special area. The center of the yard is a showstopper with a
long outdoor table with seating for 8 in front of an outdoor
fireplace. There are deep sitting chairs to sit and listen to the
birds sing with a cup of java or glass of wine. On the east side of
the yard, is a large heated pool (fenced) with loungers to soak up the
Arizona sunshine.
Super fast wifi, a laundry room, lots of parking and a 2 + car garage
with AC are all here for your convenience.
SPLASH! Heated Pool and/or Spa Fee is automatically included for the
duration of your reservation from October - April annually at $65 per
night. Spa heat is included at $0 cost May-September and the pool will
not need to be heated.

Downtown Gilbert is known by the locals as the Heritage District. It
