The hotel is just in the middle of the city, easy for going to anywhere. The facility itself is old but clean. The breakfast is very good, good options and long time that you can have a brunch.

Our stay at Artis was very pleasant for the most part. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful. The staff were super-friendly and helpful. We would have loved it there if it wasn't for one thing, their air-conditioning was sub par. Our room was hot and stuffy. It was hard to sleep well, and if we opened the window to let the night air in, there was an outdoor terrace/bar going full blast. We asked them to fix it, but apparently the entire hotel is like this, according to them. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay as much as possible. It was unfortunate, but has to be said.
