Just FYI
Television wasn’t working and when I asked the front desk for service, nobody ever serviced it because I wasn’t going to sit in my room all day until a service man arrived. Breakfast was absolutely horrible with bread that was as hard as a rock and bad quality coffee. Overall, I’d stay there again because of their cleanliness and practicality for a business trip. But in a vacation with my spouse, probably not.

Great hotel
Staff was great! Someone at the front desk always spoke English. There were restaurants within walking distance (around the corner and one block away). It was an easy and cheap ($9 USD) cab ride to the Mole Beach. The staff allowed us to check-in early, which was very helpful. The room was clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable.

Completely improved rooms. Great stay
Huge improvement. This hotel has completely remodelled and improved rooms. I stayed here a year ago and the rooms were bad, especially carpets. Now everything is remodeled and rooms are great to match the great service. I left a day early last time, I stayed a day later this time.
