A very pleasant homestay!
A good choice of accommodation in Penang. My family's recent 2nd time stay at Vistana Penang Bukit Jambu was again very pleasant though the facility is now not so well maintained.

Hotel service is bad
Not easy to get taxi in morning time (especially 5 to 6 am). Even GRAB car not available in this area. Then i have to use hotel car which is very costly (Rm 57). Normal rate from hotel to LWE hospital is RM 9. Actually i want to use regular tax but hotel refuse to gave it to me. He just inform the rate RM 50 which it should be RM 9 to RM 10. My mom was sick at that time so we must go to hospital immediately. Hotel take advantage on this situation instead of helping us. Hotel is far from restaurant. So not easy to get food. Also hotel does not provide room food service especialy for lunch time.
