Room was nice, 2 complaints i had about my room are the air conditioner was too loud and the parking was ridiculous. The parking garage was behind the building and we had to walk all the way around to the front to walk in.

First and only visit
The hotel is in disrepair. An evaporative cooler cools the lobby. The carpet creates fall risks. AC units do not work well. My room was 86.3. After an hour of running the unit, the temp dropped to 85.2. No one answered front desk phone. On my way down, elevator #1 stopped working. When I reached the front desk, I explained my problem. I received keys to three different rooms; two were even hotter (at 90 degrees) and a third was just as hot as mine. I opted to stay in my original room. I could not sleep due to high temp so I bought a fan. As I returned, another staffer saw me fan in hand and said “Hot, huh?” I said, yeah my AC is not working. I gave him my room number and asked him to look into it. Nothing was done. Housekeeping showed up at 5:30p as I was returning. She asked me if I needed anything and I said that I needed a working AC. As I entered, I saw that they had not been in. I walked back out and asked whether room service visits in the morning. She answered “No, that’s when you sleep” and I said “No, that’s when you clean because I’m away.” At any rate, she did not clean my room. Second night was a better because temp was down to 82 and my fan worked wonders. As I checked out in, the staff asked about my experience. I told her, yet gain, about the temperature issue and I mentioned that I had to buy a fan. Her response: “Oh, my. Ok, you’re all checked out. Thank you for staying with us and have a great day.” No apology. No promise to do better next time. Nothing.

Way to hot for comfort
Stayed for work and to catch a Diamondbacks game. The location was not terrible despite the adult boutique next door, and the light rail was close to by to go to Chase field. The concerns started once I walked in the door to the lobby. There was a big portable swamp cooler running to cool the lobby and no clerk in sight. Since it was humid out the cooler was not really working and I figured the clerk was cooling off somewhere as I had sweat rolling off me as I stood there. Once I did check in and made my way to the elevator and eventually my room it was very uncomfortable from the heat. Once in the room, either the A/C didn't work properly or it was a swamp cooler also, the thermostat was set at 63 but the room never got lower than 79 and the blower was extremely loud. It was a very loud, sweaty, and uncomfortable night which was a shame because the room looked great and the bed was comfortable aside from the heat. Not sure if I would stay there again or at least during the beginning of monsoon season.

Don't be fooled with the pictures!
The whole reason i stayed here was for me and my bf. I walk into the lobby and the first thing I see is a big grey cooler. I was disappointed from the beginning, it's 120° in phx and they have a master cooler. On top of that during the day the air does not go down from 79, at night it goes to 75 whitch was fine with me. In the morning they offer a buffet for 6.99 and they have dried up potatoes, that were very hard. The bread was also hard.not to mention the juice tasted very bitter. I was very disappointed with this hotel. I wouldn't stay here again.
