Had an odd smell and a bit dated. First time staying at Wingdam Hotels and based off this experience probably would not be my first go to. Although it was clean and entery area is nice garden was nice bar area they opening looks like it will be. Staff extremely nice the rooms themselves just not what I need for more than a 1 night stay in a hotel. I mean I know you don't go to hotel to watch tv but on bad days and you have a family that want to watch a movie with todays technology it should be a smart tv. Gives you options on your stay. The lighting in the rooms were also very limited. And very small bathroom. Bed was comfortable

The front desk staff was nice...the housekeeping is sorry i was gone all day gets back the bed haven't even been touched.thy only made the bed and changed the linens after i left a note on the bed. The next day .it always sounded as if something was in the walls beating on it..the tv remote did not work even after i went to the front desk and got new batteries..not a hotel i would recommend
