I enjoyed the retro vibe. Good sized room that was very comfortable. Across the street was a nice little restaurant with great food.

Poor 2.0
We could not get there because of the fires on the grapevine. We called and they said they would get back with us. We used our free night. We have had 3 responses in a weeks time all from All they say is check back with us. Can we get credit at least? The fires provided a complete stoppage of I-5 and the alt routes were shut down as well. We called in time- the hotel said they “didn’t have a manager onsite” all three times. Do they ever have a manager, or are they counting on us to forget this and just take the hit? I will update this, if we can get some resolution.

This hotel is so good in so many ways. Unique, clean, great location, and excellent staff. Is it ‘The Waldorf’ nah, but is it Beverly Hills friendly, YAAASS!

Good 6.0
Very Dissapointed
We are a couple in their 80"s. We selected this hotel because it was within a mile from Cedars Sinai Hospital, where husband was scheduled for a procedure. On the plus side, the room was very clean with nice sheets, etc. However, the design was very modernistic. The phone looked like something from the future with the dial on the bottom. There was something that looked like a radio, but defied any instruction on how to use. Finally asked that desk and was told you plug your cell phone in to get the radio. We have old fashioned flip top phones, so that didn't work for us. It took 15 minuets to figure out the TV. Again no instructions. The pillows on the bed were very thick and bulky, very uncomfortable. The walls are very thin, lacking insulation. So whoever was in the next room, snored, so we were constantly woken up during the night. Needless to say, we had very little good sleep that night, which didn't help for the next days procedure. Additionally, there is only valet parking at 25 dollars per day. If we had known the parking situation, we would not have selected this hotel.Yes, you could take your car in and out as needed, the valets did an excellent job of getting the car quickly when requested, but for us, it wasn't what we needed. Also, the ratings for this motel were 8.2, so I thought we were getting something a little different. The price was good, but the added charges for taxes, room accommodations and parking added 53 dollars to the bill.
