Bad Experience!
Bedroom smell bad the minute you walk in. Bed is uncomfortable and bathroom is dirty. Rooms need to be updated. Will not stay again!

Solid as long as price is right!
As long as it's a value price this is a solid clean option. Refurbished pretty well but shows a but of wear no doubt from some parties. They seem to have at least now zero party tolerance. We were there for a family vacation and no noise or other issues. Ocean view for now they are building something in between. Very close to beautiful beach, playground and putt putt. Getting to town is a 1.5 Mile drive. Breakfast is included too. Only caveat pool is tiny and more for very little kids only.

Dirty rooms, not enough parking.
I will never again stay at thus location. When we arrived, there was hair and dirt in our beds. The room was not clean, there were yellowish stains on the mattress pads and comforter, stains on the carpet in the room. The coffee pot in the room was filthy. Also there was not enough parking. When we returned from supper, I spent 10 minutes driving around the hotel to find a parking spot. They wanted me to park in a desperate overflow spot that was dark and did nit feel safe. I refused and parked in front of the lobby. The attendent did move her car and allowed me to park in her spot. She was very apologetic. Also our key cards stopped working to get in and out of our room when we were trying to leave, the receptionist had to unlock our roomdoor and one of us had to stay in the room till we were finished. Also we were told all rooms were oceanview, well they are not. Only the king bed rooms are. For the price we paid, $240 a night, I was expecting much better, at least a clean room with a parking spot. The only positive was they gave clean sheets for the beds and we were able to walk to the beach from the hotel. The hotel staff did handle all our issues. The area around the hotel was very nice. However, I will not ever stay there again,.

Love this place!
This hotel is a gem! Wonderful breakfast served and the host, Patsy, is very attentive to the guests and the service she provides is wonderful! Check in and out was quick. Great location!

Beach view + beach walking = relaxing vacay
It was a nice surprise after our post sunset arrival to wake up to a good ocean view. The hotel was only minutes away from the best restaurants.
