Everything feels thoughtfully curated: the amenities are seamless without being overdone, and the food is fresh, elevated, and clearly made with care. I especially loved the little specials that kept each meal feeling a bit surprising and memorable. The rhythm of the place is what really stays with me - guided experiences that feel authentic, fire pits at night that naturally draw people together, and a stream running through the property that becomes this constant, soothing backdrop. Even the guests added to the experience. Open, interesting, and easy to connect with. It didn’t feel like a typical hotel stay; it felt like a reset in every sense.

We stayed in the outdoor cabins which offered us an amazing camping-like experience! Super clean and cozy! Nothing to complain. Tipp: do not check-in with „non flexible“ luggage (the cabins are very small, only our backpacks fittet under the bed)

Although the facilities are acceptable, my overall experience was mixed. While the rest of the staff was very nice, helpful, and accommodating, we had a major issue with one specific female staff member. Upon arrival, she was quite rude and flatly refused to answer basic questions about our reservation, stating that she would not assist us until 3:00 PM. When we returned at that time and expressed our frustration regarding her treatment to another staff member, she finally apologized; however, it left a very unpleasant feeling due to the noticeable difference in the way she treated tourists compared to national guests. It is disappointing to encounter that kind of attitude from one individual, as it overshadowed the positive service provided by the rest of the team."

The hostel is good for a quick stop in the city! Comfortable bed. I don't recommend the room I stayed in, as it's small, the floor is uneven and it's like a "barrel". I thought it would be bigger and more comfortable, but it wasn't. Perhaps "conventional" rooms are better. I only stayed one night, woke up in the middle of the night for a walk, and when I returned I saw that I had killed a spider when closing the door; it would have been inside the room and would have been a danger. The staff accepts luggage before check-in or after check-out and leaves it in a small locked storage room. There are no power outlets in the common area; for those arriving before check-in or wanting to charge devices while having breakfast or eating something, power outlets would be helpful. The idea of ​​a shared breakfast, a family lunch (I didn't try either), and free water and coffee is excellent. The reception staff is very helpful and pleasant; thank you for all the information and support. Júlio was incredible and very helpful with information. The location is good, close to the city center and easy to get around.

We stayed in the tunnel rooms. They are cosy as pretty small but are bit of fun. Clean and tidy. The shared bathrooms were always clean and it was nice to have a hot shower. The kitchen was good but the lighting was terrible at night. (The only negative) They offer free yoga twice a day, a daily hike at a fee and evening activities. We enjoyed the quiz night. It was nice to stay in a well run property and we enjoyed our stay.
