I needed a place to stay while my home was tented for termites. In one Wednesday afternoon I had two unpleasant experiences at local hotels. My interaction at this hotel was easy, friendly, professional. I felt safe. There were loud noises of other travelers moving their stuff up and down the stairs and that was a bummer. But that's on the traveler. Maybe a lift to the second floor would be good. Also for the handicap room I suggested an extra bar for safety to safely exit the shower. Fair price for fair room. Cleanliness ok. I always extra clean with my own wipes due to Covid. Everything worked. Lamps , phone , tv , remote, etc.
