This hotel is very hard to deal with.when trying to modify my reservations from 2 people to 3 they made me cancel my whole reservation and re book .wouldnt let pay the difference to add 1 person .causing me to spend a extra 100 dollars

Great location and friendly staff. Old building.
All interactions with the staff were positive - very friendly and helpful. The location is amazing, right on the boardwalk in the middle of things. Everything in he room worked except for a small leak in the faucet, but the building is very old. I was born in 1968 and I think the couch and most of the furniture are older than I am. Decent place, but if you'e looking for upscale it isn't that.

The entire stay had issues. They were no linens for the pullout bed. Tried to call front desk the phone didn't work. Tried to call from cellphone and was hung up on twice. Walked over to office front desk person sitting on the phone on a personal call and I had to wait for her to get done. Then to top it off we seen 2 baby roaches crawling on the wall. Had to shake out our stuff and put it in the car. Just kept what we actually had on in the room. Had to keep going down to the car. So I will not be returning.
