We enjoyed our stay of 13 nights. The rooms were tidy and clean and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.Near to supermkt n 7 eleven. Like the lounge where we can drink coffee/tea and read the morning papers.

Convenient and economical
Super helpful and friendly staff. Shinagawa Station is not quite as hectic as Tokyo or some of the other stations on the Narita Express and also convenient to Haneda and the Shinkansen. We were assigned a room in a quiet area of the floor. We stayed 4 nights so the breakfasts got a little monotonous.

Better stay at Shinagawa Prince hotel
Read good reviews so booked it, but I regretted. I paid $185 for a triple bed room, but the third bed was a sofa bed, which I felt metal springs on my back all night. Breakfast was very limited, and didn't have choices. The distance was short from the station but had to walk up the hill.

First time staying here. Staff was excellent. We booked 2 rooms and they put us next to each other. Very accomadating. The rooms were large. The AC in 1 room stopped being super cold. It was okay so we didn't move to another room. Just wished it worked like the first night. Bathroom tub felt a little thin. Not very strong. It looked like it was a drop in plastic tub. They also told us that in the middle of the day they would be turning off the electricity for repairs to the whole hotel. We didn't mind since during that time we would be away. When we got back I forgot our ice cream we had in the freezer was all melted. I think after that this was when the AC was acting funny. I don't think I would stay here again unless the price was affordable compared to the other hotels.
