If you use the beach chairs from the house please be sure to wash the sand off the chairs with the hose provided under the building and return the chairs to the condo.
We did not charge you a security deposit because you trusted us enough to send us money without seeing the condo. We trust you enough not to ask for a security deposit. Please treat our condo like you own it.
