Centre Point Hotel Chidlom, Bangkok

I am very grateful for the opportunity to spend 3 more weeks at this hotel. As before the hotel staff was exceptional, the accommodations were top notch and all in all I had another wonderful stay. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else if I ever get the chance to come back to Bangkok again. Thank you Centre Point Chidlom for another great stay.

This place is nothing like as shown in the pictures described. I arrived at 2pm to check-in, the room was not ready. I waited at the lobby along with other guests who was also waiting to get their rooms. By 2:30pm local time, I checked back again to see if my room was ready or not. When I got the keys to my room for 2 nights, I was given a dated half ready hotel room. The housekeeper was still in the mid of fixing the bed. The floor was dirty with black spots and stints throughout. The bathtub had someone's pubic hair still laying in the tub. The walls had moles all over and the cabinets had water damage. This hotel is dated. It looks like partial remodeling of the hotel and cut back on the hotel rooms. The elevator is dated and small. Each floors the common area lighting leading up to my hotel room are kept dimmed. It's nothing like I imagine a 4 stars hotel should operate. The housekeeper never mop the floor or wipe the counters. This place is dirty and dated.

I always appreciate the Centre Point. They acknowledge frequent guests and always give upgrades.

Fantastic hotel. Excellent service! The shower can be a little fussy, but it's not a big deal. I would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel in a safe and quite area. Not too distante from main attractions (15-20 minutes without traffic). Friendly staff and comfartable room. Food in room service could be better
