Kitchen: Large, updated kitchen including full size stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. A coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans and cooking utensils are available. Cups, plates, cutlery, and wine glasses/wine opener are also available. There is a table with seating for four guests and space for an additional 3 at the breakfast bar.
Bedrooms: First floor bedroom has a comfortable queen mattress. Second floor bedrooms-one with a queen bed, and one with a twin bed. Extra pillows and blankets are in the closets.
There is an air mattress available for an additional sleeping arrangement.
Bathrooms: First floor bathroom has a combination bathtub/shower and all necessities: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels and washcloths.
Backyard: VRBO guests can use the backyard and gas grill, but it is shared with the other unit. There can be no loud noise/music outside at any time.
Accessibility: There are 4 steps leading to the front door and guests must climb an additional flight of stairs to access the second floor. A full bathroom and bedroom with queen bed are located on the first floor. There are exterior cameras, but no interior cameras.
Parking: Free parking in the driveway.
Neighborhood: Located in the heart of Allentown and a quick drive from Downtown/Medical Corridor, Key Bank Center, Larkinville, Canalside, Elmwood Avenue, Burchfield Penney Art Gallery and Albright Knox Art Gallery! New Era Field and Niagara Falls are a 25 minute drive or less. Steps away from Allen Street and a variety of shops, restaurants, bars, museums, schools and more!
