Great location to the beach shopping and restaurants. Carpet in room looks dirty bare bones room. Also they charge extra $100 for pet friendly. This is not on the hotels.com site. Other than that beach location is great.

Excellent stay
The only hotel that took in my Husky. Otherwise I would have canceled my trip. Staff is amazing and the property is great. My first time in Laguna was great. Everyone is super friendly and they loved my dog. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Beautiful balcont beachfront rooms.
The check in was a bit rough and there were so many extra charges. Parking is very expensive. The ice machines were empty the three days. The large refrig was smaller than my dorm refrig. The room was big and very clean. The beach front room view was absolutely beautiful. A beach view room is not good. Mostly roof tops. We upgrade to the ocean front for 60 dollars more a night than the beach view room. The staff were all very pleasant. The phone did not work so we could not call for our car. Had to go to the front desk to have them call the valet. Overall the room was clean and the views were great.

Check in with Irene was great. I was a little early and she was able to check me in and I took the available upgrade. Room was clean and had a beautiful view. Staff was accommodating and friendly. Beach was beautiful. Laguna never disappoints.

1960’s motel with deceiving photos
1960’s group of buildings that have been somewhat renovated. Beds very comfortable, room furniture is spartan.Pay for parking but free Wi-Fi and dog friendly. If you are in the buildings at the street you may not see anything but the building in front of you. Staff is friendly but if you want a more updated place, look elsewhere.

The parking was complicated the Hotel didn't not look at all like the pictures. The heating was so old that we didn't know how to turn it on or where to turn it on. The shower tile was dirty, the carpet looks dirty to.
