Descent for the price
For the money it is a very descent hotel. The service was really good and the food of the restaurant was very good and the servers were on top o f things. Very centric, and close to a bunch of restaurants and the monument “Angel de la independencia “. I would stay there again.

Used to be better. Really difficult to get parking
I have stayed several times in this hotel and it used to be good but this time we had several issues. The sidewalk has several destroyed sections in the street and the bathroom sink was clogged. Looks like needs better maintenance. I stayed 4 nights and I just needed to park a car one night (free parking was one of the reasons I picked this hotel), and I was told that parking was really hard to get as they have just a few spots and the hotel was full and gave me a hard time to park that night. No assistance offered to get my bags from the car or to the room (twice). We had a sandwich with chips at the local restaurant and the chips were so hard and old and could not eat them. We complained, but they just notified the kitchen. The worst part though is when somebody from management opened the door with a master key around 8:30 AM saying Room Checking. When we asked checking for what? They told us they were checking that the customers were in the room "?" she apologized and left. We heard her doing it in other rooms next morning. The hotel is well located in a nice area of the city, but we will not come back :(
