The hotel location is excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room size is good, and it is decently cleaned and equipped. Toiletries are on the cheap side, but usable. The noise level is too high. Some street noise is heard in the upper levels, as the windows are not double paned. The building has an exhaust for the gas system on the roof and it generates constant noise. One night it went through some maintenance and was burning in higher capacity. This generated unbearable noise throughout the night. Unfortunately they did not have an alternative room for us, but were apologetic and tried to help. The breakfast is mediocre in quality and overpriced. There are much better options around, just minutes away. Basically, one can do better for the price and service level, but Hotel PF is a decent place to stay in Zona Rosa.

Exploring Mexico City
We enjoyed our stay. The staff was very nice and spoke English. The room was sparse but adequate. Didn’t go there the stay in the room. The location was fantastic, walking distance to many of the city’s best spots from parks to museums to zona Rosa and shopping. We will gladly stay again. Only problems were an slow to respond air conditioner and the room safe not working. The area is about as safe as you’ll get in any city. Almost across the street from the a huge police station. Never felt any hint of safety issues.

The staff if very rude and did not want to make our reservation valid. They eventually gave us a cheeper room than the one we booked and did not compensate the difference. The key did not work and the place was dirty. Do not stay here.
