When all you need's a bed...
It's quaint. The room is barely big enough for a bed and a nightstand, so don't expect much... it's cheap, but know that you're paying for a room and bed, not a 4 star "hotel experience." It was clean. Bathrooms are in the hall, not en suite; courtesy robes provided for your stay, which is nice. It felt like staying at a friend's grandparents' house... without your friend. Easy access to the train and plenty of good stuff within walking distance.

A little disappointing
The location was perfect. The Inn was between Boystown and Wrigley field. The room was tiny that was not unexpected. The bathroom was the main problem. The shower and tub drained very slowly to the point the water would be ankle deep in the tub at the end of your shower. The shower curtain wasn't clean. The alcove for the toilet was barely wide enough for my shoulders.

Great getaway hotel in Chicago.
Lovely staff, charming Inn. Convenient to EL and many theatres.

Ok for the price and area I guess
There are several rooms in the Inn; some are quite large, but the one we were given was barely big enough for the bed. The bathroom was shared with the room next door and was down the hall, so we had to put on clothes to get to or from it. "Breakfast" was yogurt, granola bars, and coffee. We were only given one room key, which was inconvenient since the two of us had slightly different schedules.

Cute place, thin walls
Cute little place, very, very thin walls and very freaky floors. I liked that we were able to park on residential streets within walking distance of the place. First night we were there though our neighbors were so loud and kept us up most of the night. Luckily the next night they were gone, but bring earplugs for sleeping. The breakfast was literally just coffee, yogurt, and some type of homemade bread both mornings. The area around the hotel had tons of little shops and reallly good places to eat.
