Lovely Madrid Hotel
Amazing for sure! Nice quiet hotel on a street without much traffic, close to center of city and within walking distance of most of the major sites. Close to shopping and restaurants.

Great location and excellent staff
Extremely helpful and responsive staff. The hotel is located bang in the middle of everything-- very very convenient. The rooms themselves are a little on the smaller size and the duplex/den is awkward to say the least. We didn't end up using it at all. Would have been more useful to have that space in bathroom/common area. They have a kitchenette, but we didn't need it. In summary- great location, excellent staff, rooms are on the smaller size, but still okay.

Jewel of a Hotel in Madrid
Terrific hotel. Great location - near Plaza Sol and everything. CLEAN! Nice shower, towels and toiletries. Excellent breakfast. 24/7 helpful, knowledgeable, service oriented front desk staff who speak great English. My only negative might apply only to my Room 210, where the WIFI was weak - did not come in at all on my tablet. My roommate was able to get WIFI on his phone, not tablet. Could be my tablet receptor is not as sensitive. I reported it to Barbara at the front desk shortly after check-in and she offered offered to get in touch immediately with their IT person - what a great response. I declined, preferring to see if it would work later. It did not improve, so I had to walk down the hall about 15 feet near the elevator where it came in STRONG (perhaps the other rooms have a strong signal and could have been just my room at the end of the hall. Everywhere else, e.g. breakfast room and lobby - had a good signal); a minor inconvenience to have to leave the room for wifi. Otherwise the hotel is a jewel and a real find. Walk to mostly everything. Great restaurants/bars all around. Near Plaza Sol and transportation. We loved it and would stay there again without question!

Great hotel chain.
I have stayed at this location over 10 times while in Madrid. Room 108 was really bad it’s over a bar and you could hear the people outside till after 1 am. Very disappointed that the hotel staff rented that room and the hotel was not sold out. This hotel chain is always on point Always. Room 108 should be the very last room to rent In Your inventory.

Great location
Great location. Close to attractions, restaurants, and shopping. Staff is friendly and speaks English. Beds are comfy but rooms can be noisy since walls and windows are not properly insulated. There is also a disco joint right across from our room. It didn't bothered us as it was closed during the weekdays that we were there. We really enjoyed using the free hot spot Wifi that kept us from getting lost around the city.
