Broken bed
We had booked a family room . The 3rd bed was broken with missing slats and sharp metal sticking out. The first night one of had to sleep on floor we were move to another room the next night. We booked 2 rooms the air con in the twim did not work- we reported but not fixed. We got fed up complaining so just put up with it. It was a great breakfast and easy access for exploring the city.

Overall, it was not bad, apart from a noisy air conditioner, bathroom fan, and kettle - were not working. We could hardly open the window (which needed proper cleaning) to have some fresh air. Also, the hotel is near the airport, so you could hear the planes' noise day and night...On the positive side, the hotel had a nice breakfast hall and a pool with assigned members of staff to entertain children.
