Find Someplace Else to Stay
Absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. First they wanted to charge me an extra $30 to check-in 2 hours early even though they had rooms available for an early check-in. There was no HOT or even Warm water in the sink or the shower the entire time we were there. Each time I called the front desk no one ever answered and when i would go to or pass the front desk they had up a sign indicating they would be right back, including when I checked-in and checked-out. When I asked what I needed to do to get hotel water…I got a blank stare from the front desk employee. No offer to even provide a partial or full refund. FIND SOMEPLACE ELSE TO STAY. Not worth the inconvenience or hassle.

Vacay Weekend
We enjoyed our stay. It was comfortable and great location. We did notice that we only got 2 towels and 2 wash clothes. Not enough for 2 people, but we made it work. The bathroom also had some hair in the floor which was not ours. However the bathroom other than that was clean. Someone probably needs to spot check rooms to make sure they are cleaning like they are supposed too.We will definitely stay again.

I wasn't very happy with your housekeeping policy. I was informed by the front desk about checking out early. I was told I could do this without a penalty by one person and then something different by another.

Deposit processed without reason
We stayed at the hotel on Monday. There was a deposit hold placed on my credit card when we checked in. On Friday the deposit showed up as completed transaction. There was no reason for the hotel to collect the deposit as we basically left the room in the condition that it was in when we arrived.
