Disappointed
No reception desk. Online check in only,and that was a terrible experience. We arrived at the property and had no idea how to check in. Another guest let us into the lobby but there were no instructions on how to check in. Apparently we were supposed to receive check in information 24 hours previously but we didn’t receive the email. Room and location were average at best, We were supposed to stay 3 nights but cancelled after the 1st night and moved to another hotel in a better location.

The hotel is perfectly fine and ok value for what it is, but is let down by its location - quite a walk from the old town and main attractions in Salzburg and on a street with a lot of traffic fumes. I was in a room at the back, so quiet, but quite dark. The standard of the room itself and cleanliness are very good.

위치도 안좋고 룸크기도 너무 작네요
룸 사이즈가 너무 작아서 불편했어요. 그리고 주차장을 안내받았는데 더 저렴하게 해준다고 했지만 결과적으로 요금을 배로 더 지불하게 되어서 불쾌했어요. 위치도 생각보다 외져서 밤늦게 도착했을때 무서웠어요.
