Super naturally old and creepy
Old hotel with odd rooms. Wife and I had a wierd feeling about this place when we walked in. Neither of us said anything until later. The room we stayed in had a sink outside of the wash room, odd. You can tell it was old and had not been updated in a very long time. The writers thing was my wife and I both woke up at 3am and had the feeling the was a ghost in the room. Not sure what it was but I wouldn't book here again.

My last visit to the Grand
It was loud, screaming I the pool area till almost 1am then back at it at like 7am. Stains all over the carpet, staff wasn't helpful at all except for one friendly young housekeeper who helped us find out room in the south tower.

Primo restaurant quality subpar, condescending man
The Primo restaurant is terrible and service was a joke. After ten minutes I realized the remote control sensor is controlled by some device plugged into an outlet on the floor, to say the least it was a challenge to change channels on the tv due to a weird angle.
