Convenient and spacious room
This hotel has a very convenient location. Next to hanzonmon line that take you directly to shibuya. The hotel has been refurbish not long time ago but keep it’s large room compare to a regular business hotel. Friendly and competent staff.

Free use of a mobile phone
The room and beds were average. The perk that made this hotel stand out was a free loaner mobile phone, which our son used (because his broke). This was a lifesaver and so appreciated! The room had many electrical outlets, which was also appreciated. Conveniently located across the street from a subway entrance.

Great Location and Breakfast
Can't beat the location. Breakfast is excellent. Wi-Fi is horrible, it was too slow for emails even (although at the front desk they mentioned 'during busy times might be slow', this was all the time...)

Will not stay here ever again
Internet is the worst I have experienced in any hotel. Practically unusable most of the time. Does not have good connections to Narita and Haneda airports. Multiple train/metro changes with lots of climbs so not ideal if you have a large luggage. A small supermarket and 2 24hrs convenient stores within walking distance. Close to Imperial Palace.

Good local area is one reason I stay this hotel (many times) However, this time, I found that it has not been well maintained, cleanness threshold decreases, even a carpet bug found on bed one night (of the 4 nights I stayed)
