The first room had a massage stain on the carpet and the room towels were being used to soak it up. The second room was better. Hotel was ok, but overall just a bit dirty in the main lobby and elevator. Desk staff was ok. Breakfast was overall fair, but service staff at breakfast was excellent. The hotel does not recycle, which is a shame.

Didn't live up to reviee
The beds were hard, pillows were either to hard and lumpy or too soft and lumpy. The comforter was way too heavy for the season. The pool and hot tub needed painting and updating. We had a 2 queen bed room eith a sofa sitting ares. The sofa was covered in a fabric that was either too dark or too old. It looked dirty and didn't want to sit thrre. I booked the room for it's size and it was large, but we didn't book our return stay because we found a hotel with better review for the same review and it lived up to its review. Won't book this hotel for future stays and our stays ste frequent

Breakfast guarded by worker
Overall was good. However during breakfast, a worker was guarding the breakfast items and we were suggested to tip without notice. On the visit we had to wait 20 minutes as he backed up breakfast in a line when I simply wanted yogurt.

A few suggestions
The stay was fine except for a couple very small issues. Someone left a bandaid on the floor. The shower drain seemed partially clogged. My biggest suggestion involves the complimentary breakfast. It would be FAR more efficient to let guests serve themselves, rather than have one lone employee plate everyone’s breakfast. The poor guy was trying hard but couldn’t handle the whole breakfast rush.
