this is one of the worst experience in entire life. this hotel is horrible and I strongly recommend to avoid this hotel. we travelled all the way from Sharjah on 28th morning and reached hotel at around 4.00 AM early morning. Hotel staff was sleeping and they greeted with dirty look :( as soon as you enter hotel is stinking and very bad smell.. room is so small and we booked this hotel for 4 nights.. there is no proper cupboard and room is so small. we have paid Rs 2000 per night and not worth the money. room is so small and stinking. Next comes one more blow.. net was not working. I tried to connect so many times in the early morning but in vain. Again went down to reception .. staff is sleeping and they woke up with great difficulty and told we will see later and slept again. This is the kind of service we never expected. our holiday started with very bad note. Later immediately we called our driver (Cab booked for 5 days) and checked out immediately at 5.30 AM finding the new hotel. we were checked in room number 103 (not sure) and not stayed even 30 minutes. Requested for at least refund 50% but unsucessful.

Worst hotel I have stayed in. Very noisy ~ beds were filthy with stains ~ no fridge in room. Terrible breakfast. Despite paying for 3 weeks left after 1 week to another hotel. No offer of a refund and demanded key be handed back despite the fact it was paid up for another 2 weeks. Rude staff and very unprofessional.

Service was very poor, as per 3 star hotel. Basic amenities were missing, like bathroom soap, shampoo, conditioner, asked for dental kit and reception was surprised. Room service even more pathetic called for water at night did not get till morning and warm water for drinking was luxury waited for an hour to get it.
