    Nice place
Nicely kept place on a good section of beach. Very nice, clean room. Walk to center of activities. Now for my personal rant, this is off season, plus they have been hit hard with red tide and the local business is said to be struggling. With the motel 90% empty why did the frontdesk person insist on putting me in 106, or the dumpster suite as I will call it? Within 2 feet of the bedroom window was a dumpster and of course, bright and early the truck came and didn't just empty it but banged it around for awhile. So my advice, don't take this room and check for fish smell in the fridge. There are many places to stay on the island, I will go elsewhere.

Perfect Location! Walk to shops and Town Square
Third visit. Beautiful location and love the beach access with chairs and towels. Didn’t drive anywhere for 3 days because we just walked. Great family atmosphere and not noisy. Staff was all friendly and helpful. See you next year hopefully!

Last day of Spring Break for the grandkids.
It was a very enjoyable stay and was happy to be able to check in a little early and check out a little later for a small fee since our kids flight didn't leave till 3:00. I felt that the room was a little small for 5 people for the price and the air conditioner was noisy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very clean and well stocked with supplies if needed. We only stayed one night. Great location, loved being able to walk to the beach and the amenities were great for the grandkids. Would be nice if they offer some kind of breakfast like most hotels. But over all would stay there again.
