Nice & new/clean, but nothing special
It’s a little pricy, but it’s high quality. The bed and shower were both great. I loved the unique room layout and the table set-up was perfect for working. It’s pet friendly and in a great and safe location. Cute little park out front if you have kids or dogs. They let us check in about 5 hours early which was much appreciated. The only “complaint” isn’t even bad— I’d just say that it’s trying so hard to be cool and modern that it almost makes it cold and sterile. There’s not really a lot of personality or warmth, but that’s fine.

The hotel is very new and is in good condition. Positives are a comfortable bed and a HUGE TV. Negatives were no shampoo in the shower-mounted container and no desk for working. A decent value. Parking is very limited and I was lucky to get the last on-site space on a slow weekend night.
