The suite was tidy and clean to the eye, but as soon as I started using the place, I noticed issues. The shades were broken; I could not open or close them. The refrigerator made an intermittent loud rattling noise. The shower was badly clogged such that I had to stop showering midway through. The staff fixed the shower quickly, but the communication about when and how it’d be fixed was disorganized. Similarly, they reached out before my pre-discussed late checkout indicating that cleaners had arrived to be let in while I was still packing up. Clearly, messages were getting dropped between parties on the back end. All in all, a decent stay, but not “white glove” in any way.

Everything was great! We were in town for a concert at the Fillmore. The attendant in the parking garage said the system was down so we got free parking which was nice. The apartment was clean and comfortable for just one night. Communication was great! No complaints!

Not a good experience
The directions to get into the hotel and room were clear (through Scout), and the general look of the room was sparse but adequate. The bed and small/sparse pillows were SO uncomfortable! I ended up trying to sleep on the small couch at one point. Cleanliness was definitely sub par. The dishes were still in the dishwasher, the dryer vent was not cleaned out, and the worse was the shower. It wouldn’t drain so I checked under the metal plate in the floor and it was filled with dark hair that I had to remove in order for the shower ti drain. SO disgusting!!

Outstanding apartment. Clean. New. Comfortable. Quiet building and quiet street. Not too many people around inside or outside. Directions of how to get in were great with pictures. Parking was the only challenge. Paid street parking as the nearest parking garage was closed. Overall a great stay and would return again.
