First time staying in NY, the rooms are tiny but comfy and clean, recently updated, the shower drain is weird and the water got all over the floor but maintenance was there immediately to fix it. Breakfast was odd, if you like mixed veggies and chicken nuggets then hey! This is your spot

We had a great stay! The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and bright and the beds were very comfortable. The area around the hotel is walkable and there are a few restaurants within a couple of blocks. Highly recommend! We would definitely stay there again.

Very nice hotel
Picked this hotel because of reviews and did not disappoint. I drive in from PA and thought driving around area was relatively easy. Also liked the subway stops- one is on 25th and other is on 36 while hotel is on 30th so walk to subway was easy and safe too. Hotel is right across from police station. Paid parking on site ($35 a day) I wish my car had not been parked under a birds nest for 2 days though, I was very unhappy about that so that is reason for 4 stars. Otherwise the room was clean, spacious and nice size closet and bathroom for a weekend stay and beds we’re comfortable. Free breakfast was gross, all dried out, I didn’t eat my second morning. The staff and anyone we encountered in hotel was friendly and helpful so that gets 5 stars in my opinion. I would stay here again.

All Your Needs Met
Kind staff with thoughtful services makes this the best spot in Brooklyn. The facility is cleaned daily very well. I would like some things like places to by my soap in the shower and a coat rack in the room I was able to create solutions. The location is near two train stops and is easily found by car services. The lobby is well lit and secure. The lounge is appealing and comfortable. They should add an optional lunch to the provided food for a rate add on. I would have liked a microwave and ice machine on each floor. The only concern is the texture of the bathroom floor collects dirt so even when it is mopped the dirty water can leave behind dirt in the grooves. A shower mat can resolve this.
