Overall satisfaction just ok.

The reception was great. Otis was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. The unit was comfortable and bright good location to the other facilities. The cleanliness was ok. The floors in the downstairs bathroom were very dirty. The bedrooms were clean but found a couple roaches. The wall in the bedroom with twin beds was dirty and upon arrival the power in the room was off. There wasn't any bedding for the pull out bed I had to request it. The phone in the room had very poor reception. The beach front was poorly kept and a bit underwhelming. There was an area on the property that wss littered with dog 💩..i hope this helps you improve your facilities.
