    RUDE MANAGER

    We stay the night before our flights and have left our car (paid extra, naturally) at their property in the past. Apparently you can no longer do that if booked through Hotels.com. I begged the manager to allow us this one last time because we didn't know they only offer it through their Hilton website now. He was submissive and rude... and would not help us. It added stress to my overall travel experience scrambling in the morning to find parking — which is one of the reasons we stay there the night before!

    Should and can be a 10 out of 10

    Nice clean and to Hilton standards, but what worried me was a housekeeping staff on her speaker phone cursing 3 ways to tomorrow, and her partner on the other end was no better. The housekeeper did apologize to us for the language, but that language needs to be left at home. Finally, we were let out by a fire alarm, which was much to my dismay, due to fact that I have difficulty climbing or decending stairs. Being an alarm, no blame is given to the Hilton, just an annoyance on my part.

    The hotel management decided it makes sense to schedule 3 weddings on the same evening while still accepting paying guests to stay at the hotel. No arrangements for parking were made, and zero forewarning of parking being limited due to these circumstances was made at check-in. When asked, “where am I supposed to park?” that evening. Hotel staff suggested I “double park along the yellow-lined curb blocking one lane of a two lane passing zone.” I promptly pointed out that there were obviously going to be drunk drivers leaving the wedding tonight and that would undoubtedly increase the chances of my car being hit of it is not in a proper parking space. The hotel staff, did not care. When I asked, “will you be paying for damages of my car if hit?” She stated, “we are not liable for damages incurred in our parking lot.” Clearly the management does not care about customer service, does not care about guest safety, and is solely interested in making money at the very cost of sacrificing customers satisfaction. Literally stay anywhere else, this hotel is not worth the headaches.
