Poor
This was honestly the worst experience we had in Ireland!! First off it took 20min just to get a drink order upon sitting in the restaurant. Our room had to be changed twice upon check in due to disgusting stains on the carpets and on the walls. This hotel is very run down and nobody seems to care!! Numerous complaints being made to the front desk when we arrived!! (Should have been a clue as to what we were in for). Management did not seemed concerned either about anyone's problems!!! Extremely poor run hotel which should not even be open!!!

The room was in rough shape and wasn't very clean. The beds were old and you could feel the springs. Fine for one night but would not stay again.

I wouldn't call it a "resort."
Employees were friendly and service was decent. However, I would not label this higher than a motel. Where I was staying, there was a lot of people living there. Not a pleasant experience to hear family members screaming at each other. Also our suite smelled and had stains on the curtains. Recreational center for the children was dirty. We luckily only stayed 1 night. Not recommended. See Blarney Castle and stay in Cork.

Mattresses were in horrible condition and very uncomfortable. Central heat not working and portable heater in use. Pool was not accessible for just leisurely swims as it was used for community members.
