probably too pricey for the condition.
Breakfast was good enough. Shower poor hot water quality and shower head defective. No lift, Wi-Fi poor in the rooms, extremely low and therefore worst than NO WI-FI Towel change erratic. Staff was good and provided information

Queens hotel the queen of my stay
What a great bed and breakfast. The hotel was great and the service was equally great. The hotel is outside of the center of London which was nice for the tail end of our trip. There are a few underground stations near by so traveling to the city center wasn't bad at all. Being located in a quite neighborhood made it easy to decompress and enjoy some quiet time for all the traveling. I highly recommend this place.

We stayed for 4 nights. We didn't know the closest tube station was closed until we got to the LHR airport. But the next station Kentish Town was a very lovely tube station, and took us about 10 to 15 min to walk to the hotel. Those street was very lovely and had lots of stores and restaurants. We enjoyed walking those area. The hotel itself looked old but the staff were very friendly and polite. The breakfast included 2 choices, English breakfast and continental. Both comes with coffee or tea and toasts. It was very good ! The neighborhood was very quiet and we were able to sleep good nights. We miss the hotel staff and London already. We enjoyed staying at the Queens Hotel, Thank you so much !!!

Avoid this place--not worth your money
What a horrible place! The word "hotel" shouldn't be in the name. It's NOT a hotel but a bed and breakfast. And that's exactly what it is: a bed, and a breakfast. The room was tiny, which I was fine with it because it was only me traveling. But the room lacked any sort of closet, so my clothes stayed wrinkled in the suitcase for the entire week. They have free wi-fi but, what's the purpose of it if the network doesn't reach your room? I could only use it in the lobby, sitting next to one of the hotel male staffs who was a complete sexist. The bed was very uncomfortable, and I was NEVER barefooted in that dirty carpet. The amount of money they charge for the rooms there is outrageous and offensive, if you think of the more than poor quality of facilities and service.
