Was Just Okay
The room was clean upon initial glance. The lady at the front mentioned that the hotel is about 3 years old. It's nicely located. There was ample parking. Attractions are in walking distance. The sofabed was a let down as it had lots of food crumbs on the mattress. This is not what you want to see when it's late and you're trying to prepare for bed. I had to wipe down the mattress with a clorox wipe. We also had to request a fitted sheet for the bed early on (we noticed it was missing from the bag when we first arrived). After wiping down the mattress and making up the bed, we noticed a stain on the fitted sheet that we requested earlier and we also noticed fresh food stains on the blanket that was in the bag. Not sure if it was even washed after the last guests that used it. It was late and we were too tired to go down and complain. So feedback to the hotel is to make sure that the sofabed and linen are in decent shape even if appears that the previous guests didn't use it.

This place just ruined our whole vacation 😡
Breakfast wasnt free. When i got back from being gone all day i came to my room to fine they left my door opened all day 😡😡😡 the couch bed disnt work. It was suppose to be fixed the same day my door was left opened after speaking to a manager and she said if i couldn't be fixed they would put a new one in there. That never happened 😡😡😡 they restaurant and bar was closed wgen we got there due to under staff because covid and the fire thats been forever so thats a lie 😡😡😡 i wouldnt recommend anyone to stay there Manager wouldnt to anything to help😡😡😡

Will definitely be back! Very good location next to attractions and food close to Tanger Outlets. Hotel was clean nice shower and amenities. The Staff Customer Service was Amazing! Check in was friendly. I wish I took names.

Quite disappointing
We used to stop by Holiday Inn all the time, they used to have complimentary breakfast that was fresh every morning, with great variety of foods.This time we had to pay extra for complimentary breakfast, which is fine, however, the hot breakfast felt like it was reheated for a week, not only it was inedible, it’s not food safe. Out of 4 breakfast vouchers we only used one. The mattress and pillows leave a lot to be desired. Overall it was a meh experience.

Close to shops
It was good only problem was someone was smoking pot on the balcony below us. It drifted in our room and I would definitely literally made my grandson sick. Coughing and having trouble breathing. I know I could have complained but I didn't want to get the people below in trouble. There wasn't enough lighting in the room but overall it was a pleasant stay. It was a great location. Close to shops and restaurants.
