New favorite place to stay
Lovely B&B close enough to the main strip to be very convenient but far enough away to be quiet. Their upper deck is a wonderful place to relax. Minor detail - LOVED their choice of personal care products. Amazing how they fit 12 cars into their parking area. The hosts were very accommodating and pleasant. I am gluten and lactose free and they did their best to accommodate me for breakfast - something I have not experienced often when traveling. I'm used to bringing my own food. I am a breakfast person and their breakfast is wonderful! Not your typical continental breakfast that's high in carbs and little else. They definitely put thought into their food groups: Breakfast meats, cheese, fruit, muffins, hard boiled eggs, quiche/fritter, granola, and more. Bravo! The only downside in our trip was that the room we were in is located right next to the stairs. When people came in late, we heard them loud and clear. When people got up early - same. But you can have the same issue at a hotel with people slamming doors and being loud in the hallway. But if you're a light sleeper, consider a different room - not a different place.

Great guest house in idea location
The guest house was great and the staff very helpful. The only downfall was the bed was old and sagged in the center causing issues for 2 people sleeping in it.

Heaven At the End of the Rainbow
Traveling on a mother/daughter trek, Ptown was an absolute must-see, must-stay. We arrived after dark and they had been kind enough to share personal directions so we could get into the house & our room with no fuss. It was cozy, beautiful and, most importantly, the staff were amazing; genuinely kind and concerned for their guests' comfort.

Best BnB in Ptwn
The location couldn't be better on a side street off of Commercial, a quick walk to all the action, but far enough away so you could sleep without noise. Has a 3rd floor deck with amazing views. Mark is an amazing host/owner. There is plenty of parking though I suggest taking the ferry, once in Ptown you don't need a car. The room was thankfully on the first floor what with all the luggage we had to bring in ourselves. My only issues were: the room (Sankaty) was small with outdated TV and intermittent wifi. There are larger rooms and even a suite available, however.
