LOVED: Sayed in the luxury top apartment for 7 nights, family of 4. We loved the location the stunning rooftop views, closeness to the shops and metro. The communication was prompt and cleaning ladies were amazing. Things we asked for were provided promptly (i.e extra coffee pods, new cleaning towels). Bathroom cosmetics lovely, with washing machine and dish wash pods supplied. DISLIKED: We were charged extra 60Euro for 3hrs earlier check in. Had to send passport ID pic via watsapp. There is a sports bar underneath that gets noisy at night. The apartment itself is hot during the day and difficult to cool down even with air con working, but you have to constantly monitor it cos it has an timer setting and keeps turning off. There is limited kitchen space, with utensils not placed in the draw but on the top bench, no chopping board and difficult to make a light meal for the family. Cables hanging underneath the tv, in easy reach of little kids. No hold bar in the bath/overtop shower, or slip mat, making getting in and out tricky. Many little things get annoying after few days, so while the property looks nice, it is definitely not luxury.

Great place. Would recommend.
The place is amazing. Largely clean as well. Only improvement need is getting someone to talk to you about any issues. The office is not marked. And you can keep on knocking, you wouldnt know if the staff isn't there or they just dont notice.

Great Accommodations for a Family
We were running super late and needed an automated check-in. The company representative we called was extremely helpful and gave us clear directions that made check-in on our own quite simple and fast. The room was well appointed, incredibly clean and the beds were the most comfortable we've slept in during our vacation in Europe.

Im Großen und Ganzen war alles in Ordnung. Das Hotel ist relativ zentral. Man ist mit der U4 in circa 5-7 Minuten an der Oper und zur Haltestelle braucht man circa 3-4 Minuten. Das Hotel ist und somit in einem sehr guten Zustand. Leider fehlte bei den Apartments das kleine eine oder andere, was aber nicht tragisch war, denn das Personal hat sich sofort um alles gekümmert. Leider hatten wir einen Problem mit unserem Zimmer aber die Sophie hat das perfekt gelöst somit waren wir sehr zufrieden superfreundliches Personal, sehr hilfsbereit. Auf unserer nächsten Wien Reise sind wir ganz bestimmt wieder da. Danke für die tollen Tage.

Eine ganz wunderbare Möglichkeit, einen Aufenthalt in Wien zu verbringen. Das Apartment ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Einzig für die Tiefgarage, muss ich ein minus verteilen bzw. sollte bei der Reservierung erwähnt werden, dass diese sehr sehr eng ist.
