The place has seen better days, definitely not to the standard I’ve experienced at other Mantra properties. However what was worse was air conditioning. It.was so loud we couldn’t sleep. We requested an early checkout the following day (meaning shortening a 9 night booking stay to 1 night. The staff were ver courteous and kind in relation to this and arranged a full refund without any stress.

Overall pleasant experience. Staff very helpful. Had room ready for early arrival. Disappointed that the bar has been closed. No complaints about accommodation, room neat and clean. However, steps to hotel entrance were very dirty with people sitting around (not guests). Not a pleasant welcome on arrival.
